I brought my truck in for repair and was told I needed an entire new motor and turbo.I have never seen a motor so overheated, this is the worst I have ever seen. we tested compression and all of the cylinders are down.I was quoted $32,000 for a repair and after I questioned it I was quoted slightly less for a rebuilt motor. I refused the service and towed my truck to a reputable diesel mechanic and he fixed my truck for $2200. He tested all of the cylinders and said the motor was running perfect. No issues at all. He explained the issues and the scam that a lot of mechanics run when the egr cooler goes bad, which was the first thing I told your mechanic when I brought it in. EGR cooler is bad. Either you tried to take advantage of me or your mechanic didn’t know what he was doing. Either way I was extremely disappointed with Reliable Automotive Service”,

Took my car in to check on some engine noise. They suggested the 27 point inspection. I had to call two times to get updates and then their courtesy car wasn’t available to pick me up. Then after my wife dropped me off, they had not completed the 27 point inspection. They weren’t able to identify any problem with my engine so I hope that is good. There were some other maintenance items they recommended so they were going to send the quotes via email. I never received the quotes

Service was fast and courteous. Hooking up to my trailer for a 45 minute test drive to insure the safety issue with the front suspension on my truck was repaired was going the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction.

The number three cylinder in our Ford exploiter sport trac truck started misfiring so look to ( D & K Automotive repair) after two times in there shop they said we could not find the problem, with the misfire, than took it to (Antioch Napa auto care) I asked them check the fuel injectors out they told me we they need to take the valve cover off it’s a Brocken valve spring or bad valve guides and needs a valve job so we paid them $485 dollars for a bad diagnostic test !!!!!! Than we found RELIABLE AUTOMOTIVE we talked to VIC CARR the owner and to our astonishment they found bad fuel injectors and replaced them ! now the truck runs like new .,Thanks for the very good job
